1. Finding Your Size

All of our products are shown in U.S. (imperial) and non-U.S. (metric) measurements. You may refer to the Size Guide when reviewing the details of each product to view the measurements. The Size Guide serves as an indicator to help you find the right fit. Please note that if you have selected the wrong size, you'll have the possibility to exchange the item. 2. Processing of Orders

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days of the order date. Orders placed on a U.S. holiday will be processed within the next 1–3 business days. Please note that all processing times are estimates and are subject to change at any given time.

Covid-19 Update: Our fulfillment partners are operating as quickly as possible but preparation of products and shipping are expected to take longer than usual. Rest assured, we'll continue practicing no-contact delivery and will do our best to fulfill and ship your order as quick as possible.

3. International Shipping

All of our products are available for international shipping across the world. During checkout, information will be mentioned regarding the shipping, taxes and duties prior to you completing the process. For specific shipping rates, shipping times and other details, please visit our Shipping Policy.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition which you've received it. To complete your return, you'll be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

When returning item(s), you'll be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you've received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on the location (shipping address), which is used for shipment, the time take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Our team is unable to guarantee receiving your returned item in quality condition.

REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll get in touch with you via email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval, or rejection, of your refund. In the case of an approved refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable):
Only items which are defective or damaged may be exchanged. If you'd like to exchange a product for the same item (e.g. sizing), please get in touch with us via email at info@thedynsty.com and we'll be sure to provide you with further details and instructions accordingly.

5. Payment Methods

 Dynsty's Online Store accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay

Your card will not be charged until your order has left our warehouse. Upon a return of good from our team, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that all prices are shown in your selected currency of choice.

As our Online Store is PCI compliant, our Store never stores any credit card information entered by a customer. This means shopping with a credit card is secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible by third parties.

Your credit card and billing information is recorded via a fully encrypted connection (SSL). This and your other personal information are safe and secure and will only be used for your intended purpose. We comply with industry-leading security and privacy standards.

6. Security of Website

Our goal is to make sure your shopping experience is fully safe. Because of that, our Online Store uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If you’ve enabled SSL on your browser then you will see a padlock at the top-right of your browser’s address bar. You may click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of your browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This confirms that you’re in secure mode.
